Very nice bag, nice quality.
Unfortunately arrived with a broken zipper

The received article is inconsistent with order no.3033541065817530,height 42cm is 40cm,width 27cm is 22 cm,length 34cm is 32cm .The bottom left strap is cut and is already tearing.
I am paying for quality workmanship, not for a defective discounted item.
I am asking for a return code for the wrong item.
